The
laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Angola
shall be applicable unless amended or repealed, provided
they do not conflict with the letter and spirit of the
present Law.
ARTICLE
166
All
treaties, agreements and alliances to which Portugal committed
Angola and which are contrary to the interests of the
Angolan people shall be reviewed.
